Full Service Catering: A full buffet setup and pickup. Depending on your needs, this may or may not include a staff member present for the duration of the event. Nosh is responsible for the delivery, set up, and pickup of the event, and service during if requested.

Drop-Off Catering: A disposable/recyclable buffet setup with no pickup. Customer receives food in aluminum chafing dishes or plastic trays and disposable serving utensils, plates, cutlery, napkins, etc. Nosh sets up the buffet, customer is responsible for the rest.

Pick-up Catering: Customer picks up food in disposable/recyclable containers from Nosh's Kitchen.
